Who can be a witness when notarizing your Texas Gun Trust?

When you are ready to execute your Texas Gun Trust, you will need to have a notary and witness present during the notarization process.  When notarizing the gun trust, the witness can't be the notary or anybody named within the gun trust. This means that a third party is needed when notarizing the gun trust.  After the gun trust is notarized, it can be used in conjunction with your tax stamp applications.  Some FFL's have notaries on staff making it even easier for you to purchase your gun trust and have it notarized the same day.  Notaries are also available at banks, Staples, UPS Stores, FEDEX Stores, etc.
